My Story
My story? Everybody always says we have to create a story to help relate with other people. So I guess Ill just tell you what on my mind. I joined Scentsy because my upstairs neighbor begged me too! I honestly thought I wasnt going to go anywhere with this and I joined because she needed me to. She told me all I had to do was sell $200 worth of product so I could become active. And then when I sold that 200 I felt so good about myself like I actually did something! And then I noticed I was almost there for the Shooting Star Award so I pushed a little harder and reached $500 within my first 15 days. After that point I didnt want to stop! I want to see how far I can get! Scentsy has brought a new kind of happiness to my life that I did not know was missing! I am a very shy timid person I don't like being the center of attention I dont like talking to people at all LOL but I have more confidence now not only with my business but my general Outlook at life. Thats how I begin! My goal however has changed! I want to make this business my career. I really want to be able to raise my own children and work from home! I was a manager for Dunkin Donuts for 10 years so I was never home to raise my daughter she bounced from babysitter to babysitter just so I could make ends meet. I never received a award or trophy or even recognition for all my hard work and dedication I put into being a manager. But with Scentsy I received two Awards already and that makes me feel fantastic about myself!
